Florian Lüdeke-Freund is a Professor for Corporate Sustainability at ESCP Business School, Berlin. He is the Founder and Academic Director of the MSc. program in Impact Entrepreneurship and ESCP Business School's STAR Centre for Sustainability Transformation & Applied Research.

Florian is a Senior Research Fellow at the Borderstep Institute for Innovation and Sustainability, Berlin, and has held guest positions at the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland), Stellenbosch University (South Africa), and Copenhagen Business School (Denmark), and frequently gives lectures and guest talks at international universities and business schools.

For over fifteen years, Florian's research and teaching have focused on corporate sustainability management, sustainable entrepreneurship, and sustainable business models. He is Associate Editor at Organization & Environment and the Journal of Business Models, as well as Academic Advisor to the International Conference on New Business Models.

Tina Saebi is an Associate Professor of International Strategy at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and holds a PhD in Economics from Maastricht University, the Netherlands.

Her research advances the micro foundations of business model innovation, with particular attention to managerial cognition and attention dynamics. Tina has published in leading journals such as Journal of Management, Journal of World Business, and Long Range Planning.

Her work on social entrepreneurship received the Journal of Management Scholarly Impact Award, and several of her articles have become foundational in the business model innovation literature.

As a principal investigator at the DIG Centre for Digital Innovation and Sustainable Growth, she is actively involved in research collaborations with industry and serves on scientific committees in the fields of strategy and entrepreneurship. She also enjoys mentoring early-stage researchers and supervising doctoral students.
