The registration fees include 22% VAT, unless specific VAT exemption requirements apply. Any applicable exemption must be indicated in the registration form at the time of enrolment.
Fees cover: access to sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches on conference dates, the guided city tour, the conference gala dinner, and bus transfer.
Fees do not include payment processing commissions, which may apply depending on the selected payment method.

To ensure high-quality interactions and a great experience for all attendees, the conference is limited to a maximum of 200 participants. We therefore encourage early registration.

Registration opens on March 18, 2026.


Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the conference organizers at bmc2026@univpm.it.

Cancellations received on or before May 15, 2026 will be refunded in full, minus any payment processing commissions. Cancellations received between May 16 and May 31, 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after May 31, 2026.

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference.

Participant substitutions are permitted at no additional cost. The conference organizers must be informed in writing of any substitution prior to the event.

In the event of force majeure, the organisers reserve the right to modify the programme as necessary.
